Mayo Manchester Gala Concert

With a cast of just over one hundred Irish singers, musicians and dancers from Mayo and Manchester the Mayo Manchester Gala Concert at the Ballina Arts Centre promises to be a night to remember.

Highlights include a performance from musicians and dancers from the Admiral Brown CCÉ group in Foxford led by the highly acclaimed musicians, Tom Doherty and Dave Doocey.

Performers from Manchester include the award winning Fianna Phadraig Pipe Band and the Keegan Academy of Irish Dancing which is run by the new Lord of the Dance - James Keegan and his sister Louise. Performers from Mayo include one of the recent stars of TG4 TV Irish Country singer of the Year - Pamela Gilmartin, plus a specially commissioned performance from Lavinia Gilmartin's award winning Heroes for Hospice group, the highly acclaimed dancers and musicians from Atlantic Rhythm along with Sean-Nos Dancers The Ganley Sisters, Traditional Irish Music group - The Murphy Sisters plus acoustic stars Dennis McCalmount and Brian Duffy.

This annual event always sells out in advance and you are urged to purchase your tickets well in advance to avoid disappointment. Tickets are just 15 Euros each, but there are early bird tickets priced at just 10 Euros each available until the end of May.
